I picked up a few things from The Earthling Co. for my sister because I wanted something thoughtful and kind of eco-friendly without overthinking it forever. The packaging was nice, and it definitely looked like a cute gift when she opened it.
That said, I don’t think it’s for everyone. Some of the products are a little specific, and if someone isn’t already into low-waste stuff, you might have to explain what everything is, which I don’t have the patience for. My sister liked it, but she wasn’t blown away, so I’d say it’s a decent gift idea if you know the person will actually use it...

"I already had a good feeling about..."
I already had a good feeling about this shop because of their low-waste products, and my order kind of confirmed it for me. Everything felt simple, honest, and not like they were trying too hard to sell some fake eco-friendly image. Just feels good buying from them

"Return went fine, just took a bit longer than I hoped"
I ended up having to return one item, which was simple to do. I had ordered it along with a couple other things while I was half-watching TV, so maybe I should’ve paid closer attention in the first place. The return steps were easy enough, but the refund took longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, just not super quickly. It all worked out in the end, but I was checking my email more than I wanted to.

"Pretty easy to use, just a little slow"
Like I said, the site was easy to use overall. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to click around a bit to find some details, which was kind of annoying. Checkout was simple though, so that part was nice. Like I said, not bad at all, just could be a little smoother.

"Customer service was actually good"
I had a minor issue with my order and wasn’t really expecting much, but their support team got back to me quicker than I thought. They were friendly, didn’t make it a whole hassle, and got it sorted out without dragging things out. I have to admit, it made the whole situation a lot less annoying. I’d probably order from them again.

I actually really liked the look of theearthlingco.com. The colors are calm and clean (which I always appreciate), and the product photos are nice without feeling overwhelming. It was easy to browse around, and nothing felt cluttered or distracting. Overall, the site has this simple, natural vibe that made me want to keep scrolling and checking things out.

"Way Too Strong for Me"
I really wanted to like this, but it was just too strong. I ended up getting a headache quickly, and after a while I felt kind of annoyed that I had to keep dealing with it, like I was practically begging for it to calm down. Not really my thing.

"Good quality, just a little expensive"
I’ve been happy with this overall. It works like it’s supposed to and has held up well with regular use, which I appreciate. The quality feels solid, and I especially like that it doesn’t wear out or stop performing after just a short time. My only real complaint is the price, it’s a bit higher than I’d like, but the product itself is definitely good.

"Wrong items showed up in my order"
My package arrived quickly, so that part was fine, but two of the items weren’t what I actually ordered. I reached out to support and they fixed one of them, but I still ended up with the wrong scent. What’s frustrating is that I wasn’t really told what I’m supposed to do next, so now I’m just stuck with something I didn’t want. Annoying overall

I brought their shampoo and conditioner bars on a two-week trip, and they actually made packing a lot easier. It was nice not having to worry about bottles leaking everywhere, and getting through security felt less annoying too.
The little tins were easy to toss in my bag and didn’t take up much room. They did take a bit longer to dry in one hotel bathroom, but it wasn’t a big deal.

"I’ve been using The Earthling Co..."
I’ve been using The Earthling Co for a bit now, and this month I needed to switch my delivery date. I only paid attention to the subscription settings because that’s all I cared about at the time, and it was really easy to find what I needed without digging around or emailing support.
I also paused my order once when I still had plenty left, and that was just as simple. No weird extra steps or hidden hoops, which I really appreciate. It’s nice when a company just lets you manage the basics yourself and move on.

"Really good range of stuff"
I liked how many options they had, especially for everyday eco swaps. It was easy to find a few things I actually needed, not just random products I was never going to use. Overall, it is a nice selection and I would definitely look again

"To be fair, I wasn’t sure…"
To be fair, I wasn’t sure a shampoo bar would really make much difference, but this one surprised me. My hair feels less oily between washes, and the bar has lasted way longer than I expected. For the price and how long it holds up, it feels like a fair deal.

I like what The Earthling Co is going for, and the website was easy to use overall. Nothing really felt confusing to browse, which I appreciated.
That said, I wish the ingredient info was a bit easier to find and understand. Some products do list ingredients, but I still had questions about what certain things were actually for. Not a bad experience, just didn’t leave me totally confident. 3 stars from me.

"I really do like the products, but..."
I really do like the products, but checking out was more of a hassle than I thought it would be. My cart was slow to update, and the discount code section wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t sure if it had actually applied or not. The page refreshed at one point and I had to type some of my info in again, which was annoying. I reached out to support and they basically said, “Sorry about that, we’re looking into checkout issues,” which was nice enough, but still didn’t make the process any smoother. The order did go through in the end, thankfully. Just hope they clean up the checkout flow soon.
